“Threads on Fire” is an immersive multidisciplinary performance that takes the event of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, which happened in New York in 1911, as a meeting point with the femicides in Mexico during the last decade, echoing one another.

"Threads on Fire” creates a participatory experience embraced by four different female characters -three performers and one musician/composer- : Libertad, Vincenza, Ruth, and Eileen. The liminal space of the factory sets the scenario where their quests are interlaced in communal pain. How do these women portray and engage in feminism?
